Immediate Past Director of Sports Rejoices with Igali on Birthday
The immediate past Director Sports, Bayelsa State Sports Council, Sir Braveman Wodi felicitates with the commissioner for Sports, Chief Daniel Igali on the occasion of his birthday.
Sir Wodi in a birthday message, described Chief Igali as a leader worth celebrating for his outstanding accomplishments as commissioner for Sports Development, pointing out that his appointment as sports commissioner has changed the fortune of Bayelsa State Sports.
The South South zonal representative in the board of the Nigeria Rowing, Canoe and Sailing Federation noted that the commissioner is a living legend, whose contributions to nation-building has continued to yield the needed results for the nation’s wrestlers.
He lauded the commissioner for his outstanding contributions to the growth and development of sports under his watch as commissioner, describing the appointment of Igali as a perfect definition of round peg in a round hole.
According to him, the celebrated Olympic and World gold medalist has given sports a facelift and described Chief Igali as a global ambassador that has given the State a positive image.
The statement wishes Chief Igali God’s continuous protection and grace in his quest to deliver his assignment as commissioner for sports development.
