Today, we celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. Pius Oghenevwairhe Ughakpoteni—a man of integrity, wisdom, humility, and quiet strength.
His calm presence, thoughtful leadership, and genuine kindness earned him the respect and admiration of all who knew him. He led not by seeking recognition, but by consistently demonstrating character, professionalism, and compassion.
His portrait beautifully reflects the man he was. His traditional attire symbolizes dignity and cultural pride; the gold embroidery speaks of honor and meaningful service; the pen in his pocket reminds us of his lifelong commitment to learning, mentorship, and the power of knowledge.
