Laolu Mudashiru, VETIVA Capital Co-Founder, Dies In Freak Accident

(THEWILL) – Laolu Mudashiru, Co-Founder/ Deputy Managing Director of VETIVA, one of Nigeria’s leading Capital Management firms, has died following a freak accident on Gerrard Road (Onikoyi end) in the upscale neighbourhood of Ikoyi, Lagos, on Sunday morning, THEWILL can report.

THEWILL gathered that charismatic and lively businessman was cycling with a team of cyclists when a drunk driver rammed into his bicycle and was later confirmed dead at a local hospital.

Mudashiru, who trained as a medical doctor, was son of former Lagos State military administrator, late Air Commodore Gbolahan Mudashiru. He was in his early fifties.

As at the time of writing, VETIVA had not released a formal statement.
