The session was co-chaired by Foreign Ministry Undersecretary  for Political Affairs, Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa and the Secretary of Bilateral Negotiations in the Middle East, Europe, and Africa at the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Kenneth Félix Haczynski da Nóbrega.

Dr. Shaikh Abdullah hailed the growing relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Federative Republic of Brazil. He also affirmed the Kingdom’s keenness to further enhance bilateral cooperation and strategic partnerships.

The two sides reviewed a number of memoranda of understanding signed between the two sides in several fields.

For his part, the Secretary of Bilateral Negotiations in the Middle East, Europe, and Africa hailed the pioneering role of the Kingdom of Bahrain in supporting peace and security in the Middle East.
