Twenty-four-year-old Zimbabwean-born Australian singer-songwriter and rapper, Takudzwa Victoria Rosa “Tkay” Maidza is making waves in Australia after winning an award at the Sailor Jerry Rolling Stone Australia Awards 2021.
Tkay Maidza came out triumphant with her boundary-pushing EP Last Year Was Weird, Vol.2 in the Best Record category. Her single, Shook, was also nominated in the Best Single category.
