Tinubu’s Victory: ‘Mahmood Yakubu Is The Worst INEC Chairman’ – Dele Momodu Blows Hot
The Director of Strategic Communications for the Peoples Democratic Party Presidential Campaign Council (PDP PCC), Dele Momodu, has declared the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) chairman, Mahmood Yakubu, as the worst since 1979.
Naija News reports that the veteran journalist made this known in a post shared on his social media page while expressing displeasure over the outcome of the 2023 election.
According to Dele, the number of resources spent on the country’s election ought to come with guarantees of near perfection.
The PDP chieftain further stated that when elections record flaws the INEC Chairman and his team should be heavily sanctioned.
In his word, “The amount of resources that go into Nigerian elections should ordinarily come with guarantees of near perfection and where it fails the INEC Chairman and his team should be heavily sanctioned… I make bold to say PROF YAKUBU is the worst I have seen since I started voting in 1979… So sad and unfortunate”
I Can’t Speak On Tinubu’s Mental Capacity
Meanwhile, Dele Momodu, has said he is not qualified to speak on the mental capacity of the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Speaking during an appearance on Arise Television’s Morning Show programme on Friday, Momodu said he is not a medical doctor or a psychiatrist that would diagnose the mental capacity of the former Governor of Lagos State.
The PDP chieftain added that Nigerians should be the judge whether Tinubu is physically fit, and mentally alert to lead the country.
