Senator Diri Receives DG NYSC, Entourage

The Bayelsa State Governor, Senator Douye Diri, has directed the commissioner for works and infrastructure to complete the on-going construction of female hostel in NYSC permanent orientation camp, Kaiama, in Kolokuma/Opokuma local government area of Bayelsa State.
Similarly, Governor Diri also directed the commissioner for Agriculture and his Land and Housing counterpart to provide land for farming to the NYSC in Bayelsa State.
The Governor gave the directive when the DG NYSC paid him a courtesy visit in Yenagoa.
Earlier, the Director-General, National Youth Service Corps, NYSC Brigadier-General Olakunle Rafiu thanked Governor Diri for the support so far to the scheme, particularly in Bayelsa.
The meeting was attended by the Deputy Governor, Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo, Speaker of the Bayelsa State House of Assembly, Abraham Ingobere, some executive council members and other top government functionaries.
