LAGOS – The Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) has unveiled the scheduled programme for the final burial of its founder, Prophet TB Joshua, who passed away on June 5, 2021.
The church disclosed the burial arrangements and details of the one-week event while speaking to journalists in Lagos at Synagogue Church premises on Tuesday.
The burial is tagged: “Celebrating the life and legacy of Prophet TB Joshua, ‘Not Mine but God’s Own”.
While reeling out the plan for the burial, the church, which was represented by Dr. Gary Tonge, said the event slated for July 5 and 11, is a seven-day event organised to bid the prophet goodbye and because of the limited sitting space within the premises, the program will be broadcast live and fully on Emmanuel TV and GOTV, DSTV and streamed on Facebook.
Gary noted that the event is dedicated to a series of laying-to-rest activities, which will kick-start with a candlelight procession on July 5,2021.
“The tribute, service of songs, as well as night of praise, which will be open to the public, is scheduled to hold between July 6-7 while the lying-in-state- and the laying to rest service and internment will take place on July 8 and 9”.
A thanksgiving service will also take place by July 11, while the service will be open to the public with limited seating.
