KATE MIDDLETON KEPT ‘OUT THE WAY’ OF WILLIAM AND HARRY SAYS BODY LANGUAGE EXPERT

Prince Harry reportedly snubbed an invitation to dine with his father and brother on the night of the Queen’s death after King Charles had forbidden Meghan Markle from travelling up to Balmoral with him.

The Duke of Sussex wanted his wife by his side as members of the Royal Family converged on the Scottish estate to bid their final farewells to the 96-year-old monarch, who passed away on September 8.

But Charles allegedly told Harry that it was “not appropriate” for the ex-Suits actress to join him and the subsequent argument is believed to have caused the Duke to have missed the flight that Prince WilliamPrince Andrew and Prince Edward boarded to see the Queen before she passed away.

Sadly, Harry missed out on seeing his grandmother alive one final time and, after his eventual arrival, according to a source for The Sun, he then refused to eat dinner with Charles, Queen Consort Camilla and William that night and shared a meal with Prince Andrew and the Earl and Countess of Wessex instead.

The Sun’s insider said: “Harry was so busy trying to get Meghan to Balmoral and rowing with his family that he missed the flight. Charles has an open invitation for Harry to dine with him whenever he is in the country.

“But Harry was so furious that he refused to eat with his father and brother. It was a massive snub. And he got out of Balmoral at the earliest opportunity to catch the first commercial flight back to London.”

Harry boarded a British Airways flight from Aberdeen the following morning, when it was widely noted that he was the first member of the Royal Family to leave Balmoral just before 8.30am, having arrived at just before 8pm the night before.

He arrived at the airport at 9.20am with the plane taking off for London 40 minutes later and Harry was then reunited with Meghan in Windsor.
