Port Harcourt occupants resist Wike, join #EndSARS fight

Lead representative Nyesom Wike’s prohibition on open fights in Rivers State couldn’t deflect Port Harcourt occupants from joining the #EndSARS fights which is as of now going on in various pieces of Nigeria.

The Rivers State government, in an announcement on Monday, said it was unnecessary for individuals to proceed with the #EndSARS fight since SARS has just been rejected by the police.

The announcement said law implementation offices have been coordinated to authorize the boycott and “carry violators to book.”

Dissidents, be that as it may, on Tuesday morning, walked to the Government House, where the dissent chiefs are required to introduce their complaints against police mercilessness, to the Rivers State government.

“Solidarity until the end of time! Solidarity until the end of time! Solidarity always!” the horde of nonconformists sang as they walked through the street.

A portion of the nonconformists said it would be an extraordinary alleviation for Nigerian residents if SARS authorities are conveyed to Sambisa backwoods to battle Boko Haram fear mongers, rather than mistreating guiltless residents.

“As I address you, youth numbering more than 10,000 are assembled here for the #EndSARS fight,” Ejit Josiah, program official, We the People association, Rivers State, told osprimetv.com, around 11a.m.

“We are correct currently before the Government House, Port Harcourt,” Mr Josiah said.

The Port Harcourt fight has been quiet, up until now.
