AGENT CONFIRMS MAHLAMBI IS LEAVING MAMELODI SUNDOWNS
It was four years ago when the Tshwane giants shocked us all by scooping Mahlambi player from Al Ahly for R13 Million.
Reported complacency and booze drinking saw the Louwsburg-born player shipped out on loan to places like Durban and Gqeberha to play at Chippa United and AmaZulu respectively.

But all those efforts did not defeat the 24-year-old player’s demons.
His agent, Glyn Binkin, has now confirmed that Mahlambi can now be addressed as a former Sundowns player.
“It’s true. Sundowns have decided not to exercise the option so the player is free [to join any club],” the long-serving agent said via SABC Sport.
Asked about what is next for the Bidvest Academy graduate, Binkin said there are existing options right now but they’re still written in pencil.
“We are working on a few options at the moment, but it’s still early to discuss them openly,” he concluded.
TWO NEW SIGNINGS
Meanwhile, Sundowns have reportedly completed two new signings from abroad. The PSL champions are said to have signed a left-footed Moroccan central defender, as well as a midfielder from Chile.
