Justice Minister discusses cooperation with Saudi counterpart

Riaydh, Aug. 28 (BNA): Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments Minister Nawaf bin Mohammed Al Ma’awda met Saudi Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance Dr. Sheikh Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al Sheikh on the sidelines of his visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

 

Al Ma’awda hailed strong historic and fraternal relations binding the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, supported by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud.

 

He lauded the continued follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and Saudi Crown Prince, Deputy Premier and Defence Minister, HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud.

 

He looked forward to strengthening joint cooperation and stepping up concerted efforts to spread moderation. He praised the level of joint cooperation in all fields, including Islamic affairs.

 

The two sides reviewed the activation of a memorandum of understanding which was signed between the two ministries in the field of Islamic affairs.
