The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) is set to introduce its first local postgraduate scholarship program to strengthen human capital development in the region.
The Managing Director/CEO, NDDC, Dr. Samuel Ogbuku announced this initiative during a visit to the venue of the foreign postgraduate scholarship interviews in Port Harcourt. He revealed that 600 indigenes from the NDDC mandate states will benefit from the new scheme.
The foreign scholarship interviews will conclude this week, with successful candidates expected to begin studies abroad by June.
