The former President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria paid a visit to Zeetin Engineering factory in Idu, Abuja; a facility designed for all metal works and fabrications, automobile engines and spares. Zeetin’s goal is to be a centre of excellence for precision and innovative engineering solutions in Nigeria.
Goodluck Jonathan was told they are collaborating with Solidworks Dassault Systems/Coscharis Motors to establish an Innovators Academy for Youth in the field of innovative engineering designs.
From what the former President saw and the explanations he got, especially the array of specialized metal works machines and equipment installed, Goodluck Jonathan was excited at the prospects. He is looking forward to seeing their mission of making a truly made -in-Nigeria automobile engine realized. This will be a good story for our country, especially relating to the quest for technological advancement.
