Liverpool owners FSG are standing by manager Jurgen Klopp.

Doubts have been raised about Klopp’s position as he struggles to halt an alarming form slide.

However, the Athletic says FSG have no plans to remove Klopp.

Regardless of how the season ends, Klopp will be able to continue ahead of next season and rebuild the squad this summer.

FSG feel that Klopp has built up such a large trust capital that he will be allowed to have a below par season.
