Former Super Eagles midfielder Kadiri Ikhana has spoken out about his ongoing health struggles, thanking Nigerians for their prayers and support.
In a phone conversation with Dr. Olusegun Odegbami at 6:30 am, Ikhana, who is currently receiving treatment at the Irrua Specialist Teaching Hospital in Edo State, said he is healing and appreciative of the goodwill.
Ikhana’s message comes as several high-profile Nigerians, including the Chairman of AirPeace, the Governors of Kwara and Edo States, the President of the Nigeria Football Federation, and the Comptroller-General of Customs, have reached out to offer support.
