INYA: Fred Obe’s Electoral Committee Restrained By Delta State High Court Sitting At Oleh

Delta State High Court sitting at Oleh, presided over by Justice C. O. Emifoniye, has restrained Chief Fred Obe and his electoral committee led by Lucky T. Apkoghellie, from taking any further step towards conducting an election into the executive committee of INYA on the 20th of September, 2020. Pending the determination of the suit which is adjourned to 7th of October, 2020.
