Expect overcast conditions as the bank holiday ends
As people return to work on Tuesday (September 20) following the bank holiday for the State Funeral of Queen Elizabeth II, they will likely be looking to the weather ahead.
Temperatures are expected to reach highs of around 18 degrees countywide, with highs expected between 2pm and 4pm. The lower temperatures will be much colder than recent weeks, expect lows of around 10 degrees early in the morning and late in the evening as temperatures drop overnight.
Conditions will be predominantly cloudy as residual rain and drizzle continue to clear, there is a chance of mist in the morning that will clear relatively quickly. The afternoon will be brighter but there is still a small chance of light showers in some areas.
