Local film producers continue to showcase their artistry in story-telling, with Adoration Bizure’s Goto, which premiered this Friday, set to be broadcast on ZBC TV this Sunday.

The premiere, which was full of glitz and glamour, was graced by various players in the arts and creative industry.

They marvelled at the developments being registered in the local film industry.

“This is Adoration’s third production and the storyline is brilliant. This shows that our film industry is growing, “commented actress Dalma Chiwereva.

Another actress, Fatima Makunganya, said, “Our film industry is growing. Last month we witnessed the premier of Nehanda and a lot of good films are being produced in the country, which is a good sign for our industry.”

Goto writer and director, Adoration Bizure, was ecstatic about the turnout.

“Zimbabweans are now appreciating home grown films and the huge turnout is a clear testimony. I am excited. I didn’t expect this.”

Goto, which explores shenanigans by some men of God, will also be aired on ZBC TV this Sunday at 9pm.
