In his reaction, Lieutenant Colonel Okou Femedein Timipre who was full of joy extended his unequivocal appreciation to the Chief of Defence Staff, General Christopher Musa for the rare privilege to serve in such a global capacity, stressing that without the approval and other platforms given him, the international Military Sports Council would not have had the opportunity to discover his quality.
