The Coalition of Northern Groups, North Central Zone, and the Students Wing of the North Central Youth Association, have stated that it will resist the planned hike in fuel price in every way possible adding that President Muhammad Buhari has failed Nigerians.

“The current administration of President Mohammadu Buhari and all the 36 states of the federation have failed totally in the major areas of providing security and protect lives and property of the citizens and ensuring a secured economic environment for growth and development of the country”.
“Nigeria’s current leadership appears incapable or are unwilling to lead the people out of their multiple economic, social, and security challenges,” they said.
North Central Coordinator of the group, Mohammed Mohammed, who read the communique at the end of the meeting said Nigerians are already going through difficult times, saying the hike in fuel price will worsen the plight of the people.
“The planned increase of petroleum products prices in the country will further worsen the sufferings of Nigerians.
