FRED AGBEDI EXTENDS HIS CONDOLENCES TO THE FAMILIES OF THE OLOROGUNS, THE OBIRIKIS, AND THE EBEBIS
On Thursday, 8th of August 2024, the Member representing Sagbama / Ekeremor Federal Constituency, Rt. Hon. Fred Agbedi embarked on a compassionate journey to visit families who had recently experienced the loss of their loved ones.
Fred Agbedi began by offering his condolences to the family of Barr. F. B. Olorogun, acknowledging the late Olorogun’s significant contributions to the legal profession and leadership in society. He assured the bereaved family members of his commitment to relaying the official burial date, which is scheduled for 13th Dec. 2024, to His Excellency, Sen. Douye Diri, Governor of Bayelsa State.
Following this, Fred Agbedi and his team visited the family of Dr. Sylbric Obriki, who recently lost their patriarch at the impressive age of 105. Recognizing the pain of losing a beloved family member, Fred Agbedi offered his condolences and promised to support the family in organizing a dignified state burial for the late Chief Obriki Mezeh.
Lastly, the condolences train arrived at the residence of the former Deputy Governor of Bayelsa State, His Excellency, Rt. Hon Peremobowei Ebebi, who recently mourned the loss of his father, the late HRH Simon Fineman Marka Ebebi, the Alei of Aliebiri. His Excellency expressed his gratitude to Fred Agbedi for the visit and for the timely monthly allowance that supported his father’s medical care. Additionally, he thanked Fred Agbedi for his contributions to the construction of a chieftaincy palace and a three-bedroom apartment for the Alei of Aliebiri.
The heartfelt visits were attended by a supportive entourage, including esteemed individuals from various sectors, reflecting the unity and compassion of the Sagbama / Ekeremor Federal Constituency during times of loss.
