When quizzed on the quality of the preseason competition, Coach Aduku asserted that the standard of the competition was very good as it gave the participating teams the chance to assess their respective squads before the commencement of the league.
“The standard of the competition is very good as it gave the participating teams the chance to assess our squads before the commencement of the league”.
“November 15th we will be playing against Robo Queens, it won’t be an easy game because we were in the same group last season. They’re a good side, so we have to take every game as a cup final” he said.
He also thanked the organizers of the competition for giving his team the opportunity to showcase and prepare themselves for the upcoming football season.
Edo Queens will kickstart their NWFL Season against Robo Queens of Lagos at the Samuel Ogbemudia stadium on the 15th of November, 2023.
