China is set to establish an electric vehicle (EV) plant in Nigeria! π³π¬β‘π

As the worldβs largest EV producer, China has announced plans to build an electric vehicle manufacturing facility in Nigeria, marking a major step in the countryβs industrialization efforts. The initiative aligns with Nigeriaβs push to leverage its lithium reserves for EV battery production, strengthening its partnership with China.
The project was revealed during a meeting between Chinaβs Ambassador to Nigeria, Yu Dunhai, and Nigeriaβs Minister of Solid Minerals Development, Dr. Dele Alake. The discussions emphasized local processing of minerals to drive Nigeriaβs development, rather than exporting raw materials.
This move could position Nigeria as a key player in Africaβs electric mobility revolution
(hope china is bringing there own NEPA too)
