Bayelsa political election: Court fixes date to hear Gov Diri’s allure on sack

The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja will on September 14, hear the intrigue documented by the Bayelsa State Governor, Douye Diri.

He is testing the judgment of the State Governorship Election Tribunal, which invalidated his political decision.

On Thursday, some factional individuals from the Advanced Nigeria Democratic Party (ANDP) carried an application to be joined as gatherings in the intrigue.

ANDP counsel, Kehinde Ogunwumiju, said a notification of primer protest which is testing the capability of the application has been documented.

Equity Stephen Adah said all gatherings will be permitted to react to the application recorded by the ANDP at the suspended date.
