Battle for 10 Million begins as NWFL Super 6 starts in Asaba

The NWFL Super six playoffs will be used to determine the champion.

The Women’s Football Leage will kick off with Remo Stars locking horn with Delta Queens at the Stephen Keshi Stadium in Asaba.

The second game is billed for 4 pm at the same venue between Confluence Queens and Delta Queens.

Bayelsa Queens will join Delta Queens, Rivers Angels, Edo Queens, Robo Queens, and Confluence Queens for the League title.

The Winner will represent the count at the CAF Champions League later this year in Ivory Coast.

Bayelsa Queens set to defend NWFL title

Bayelsa Queens Football Club has vowed that they are ready to defend their title.

Pulse Sports reported that Bayelsa Queens are the defending champions of the Women’s League.

The Prosperity Girls, qualified for the Super Six by placing second in Group A of the regular NWFL Premiership season winning their last game at home three-nil against Naija Ratels.
