Asaba to host 2023 NWFL Premiership Super 6

The Nigeria Women’s Football League announced on Monday, 1 May 2023 that the 2022/2023 NWFL Premiership Super 6 will be held in Asaba Delta State, beginning from Friday, 5 May.
NWFL Chief Operating Officer, Modupe Shabi told thenwfl.com that the participating clubs are expected to be in Asaba on 5th May, with the draw and pre-match meetings also slated to be held the same day.
This year’s participants include Confluence Queens, Edo Queens, Rivers Angels, Robo Queens, Bayelsa Queens (Current holders), and Delta Queens.
However, the Asaba 2023 NWFL Champions will represent Nigeria at the this year’s WAFU-Zone B women’s Champions League qualifiers in August.
