Simi, Davido, Wizkid, Adekunle Gold and others made Nigerians proud at the just concluded AFRIMMA ceremony.

The A-list artists bagged various awards with the likes of Wizkid scoping not one, but three awards. He emerged winner at the; “Artist of the Year” Category, ‘Crossing Boundaries With Music‘, and ‘Song of The Year‘ with Essence’s remix featuring Tems and Canadian singer, Justin Bieber. Essence remix is off Made in Lagos Deluxe version which Wizkid released earlier this year.

Simi & Adekunle Gold served couple’s goals on Afrimma’s stage. Simi won the “Best Female West African Act” award while her husband and colleague, AG baby bagged the “Best Male West African Act” award.

Davido and South African superstar, Focalistic won the “Best Collaboration” for Ke Star Remix. Ruger also bagged his first Afrimma award as the “Best Newcomer” in the music industry, and P.Priime winning “Best Producer of The Year“.
