‎Federal High Court Strikes Out Case Against Bayelsa State Football Association


‎The Federal High Court sitting in yenagoa, the Bayelsa State capital has struck out the case filed against the Bayelsa State Football Association, BSFA after its elective congress in 2023.

‎The case which was presided by Hon. Justice N. Ayo-Emmanuel was struck out because the case was not properly filed by the applicants, represented by Chief Baribote Victor Rumson.

‎The judge also stated that the court lacks the jurisdiction to hear the matter.

‎The decision by the Federal High Court has laid to rest the series of litigation with FA now fully concentrated on football activities in the State.
