SCHOLARS, ASSOCIATES HONOUR AYALLA WITH BOOK

Captains of Industries, Business Associates, Government functionaries, friends and family over the weekend gathered to celebrate Chief Robert Ayalla Enogha’ s business exploits with a book presentation in his honour.
The event, which took place at the DSP Alamieyeseigha Memorial Banquet Hall in Yenagoa, was the presentation of the Book “Footprints to Greatness” written by 46 professors.
The Book Reviewer and Vice Chancellor of the University of Africa, Toru Orua, Prof Solomon Ebobra, in a succinct review appreciated the quality of the book, which he described as a must read.
Professor Ebobra said the book is an encapsulation of the life of Chief Enogha which he commended for his resilience and entrepreneurial spirit.
Speaking the Chairman of the occasion and Chairman of the Pan Niger Delta Forum PANDEF Ambassador Godknows Boladei Igali, commended Chief Enogha for his contributions, not only to the political but business space.
Ambassador Igali, who was represented by a former speaker of the Bayelsa State House Assembly, Rt. Hon. Boyelayefa Debekeme showered encomium on the business mogul appreciating him for being the highest private employer of labour in the state.
Also speaking , former President of Nigeria, Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan recalled when Chief Enogha served him as an assistant, during his time as Deputy Governor of the state describing him as a hardworking, diligent and dedicated individual.
The former president who was represented by Chief Tobias James described Chief Enogha’s relationship with him as father and son.
Group President, Azikel Group, Dr. Azibapu Eruani Godbless extolled the qualities of Chief Enogha commending him for his contributions to state economic development. Describing him as a brother that is setting the right standards.
The Royal Father of the day, Chairman of the Traditional Rulers Council of Bayelsa State and Ibenanaowei of Ekpetiama Kingdom, King Bubaraye Dakolo, who expressed how proud he is to see a respected member of his council being celebrated and honoured for his accomplishments in the business world offered Royal blessings.
Bishop of the Diocese of Niger Delta West, Right Reverend Nixon Enekeme who spoke on behalf of all the clergy present, thanked Chief Enogha for his contributions not only to economy, politics and community but the business of God.
The Bishop appreciated Chief Enogha for building churches and supporting the propagation of the gospel.
A friend and former Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Rivers State, Bro. Felix Obuah added that Chief Enogha is not just a businessman but a philanthropist that has impacted the lives of many. Bro. Obuah commended Chief Enogha for being consistent and bringing value to the state.
Resident Electoral Commissioner, Cross Rivers State, Chief Johnson Sinikiem Alalibo described Chief Enogha as a great friend and one that is principled which he said , has achieved milestones in the business world from hard work and dedication.
In his response, the Celebrant and Group Chairman of Emily Global, Chief Robert Ayalla Enogha’ expressed his appreciation to all the scholars who took time out to write about his journey, capturing his challenges and achievements.
He further appreciated the state government, international oil companies, corporate organizations, traditional institutions, all and sundry for gracing the occasion.
Highpoint of the event was the cultural display by the state council for arts and culture, Music Presentation by Mera Owili, Pastor Amange, Danapu Robert Enogha and book presentation by Professor Akpoebi Egumu.
