The Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN) Kano State Chapter, under the leadership of Comrade Zaharaddeen Sale Yakubu, extends heartfelt congratulations to Hon. Mustapha Rabiu Kwankwaso on his well deserved appointment as the Commissioner of Sports and Youth Development in Kano State.
Appointed by His Excellency, Executive Governor of Kano State, Engineer Abba Kabir Yusuf, Mustapha Rabiu Kwankwaso is a young and energetic individual poised to make a significant impact in the development of sports and youth empowerment in the state.
As members of the SWAN Kano State Chapter, we welcome Hon.
