Nigerian President sends flower basket to statues of DPRK leaders

Muhammadu Buhari, president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces, sent a basket of flowers to the statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il on Mansu Hill on the occasion of the 9th anniversary of the demise of Chairman Kim Jong Il.

Mohamad Buhari, president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and commander-in-chief of its armed forces, sent a basket of flowers to the statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il on Mansu Hill in Pyongyang on the occasion of the 26th anniversary of the President`s demise.

The floral basket was laid at the statues on July 7.

Written on the ribbons of the basket were letters, reading: “We Wholeheartedly Pray for Immortality of Their Excellencies Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.”

Foreign personages and organizations sent flower baskets to the statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il on Mansu Hill in Pyongyang on the occasion of the ninth anniversary of the demise of Kim Jong Il. They include the family of Zhang Weihua, a Chinese anti-Japanese revolutionary martyr, the family of Kim Sun Ok who is related to the anti-Japanese revolutionary struggle, the families of Zhou Baozhong and Chai Shiying, Chinese related to the anti-Japanese revolutionary struggle, the family of Ya. T. Nobichenko who was an internationalist soldier, the Switzerland-Korea Committee, the Beijing Chao Ya International Cultural Exchange Centre in China, the Beijing international cultural development centre for China-DPRK friendship, Trotsky Serano, chairman of the Ecuadorian Committee for Remembering Generalissimo Kim Jong Il, Giancarlo Elia Valori, president of the International Group of Italy, Jindallae Saphariny, president of the Jindallae Children’s Foundation, and Kosima Weber Liu, executive director of the Environmental Education Media Project
