Capital Governor hails SCW milestone
Manama, (BNA): Capital Governor Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa congratulated His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Wife of His Majesty the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women (SCW), on the 21st anniversary of the establishment of the SCW.
He praised the council’s pioneering role since its inception in 2001 in support Bahraini women’s advancement as part of the wide-ranging development march led by HM the King.
He commended the role of HRH Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa in leading the council and supporting Bahraini women’s empowerement in the prosperous era of HM the King.
