PDP responds as Fayose cautions Gov Makinde not to come to Ekiti

The Ogun State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has said that the previous Governor of Ekiti State, Mr. Ayo Fayose, did not have the ethical option to whine about the authority of the gathering in the South West.

The gathering opposed the scenery of media reports that Fayose on Wednesday, cautioned the Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde, to avoid the authority of the gathering in Ekiti and other South West states.

An announcement gave in Abeokuta on Thursday by the Chairman of the gathering in Ogun State, Hon. Samson Bamgbose, cited him as saying that it was an incongruity of destiny that Fayose who wouldn’t permit legitimately perceived Ogun State PDP Exco to work since 2016 could be griping of impedance.

“We are astounded that Mr. Fayose could be discussing the need to permit a few people to finish their terms and run the gathering in their states, while he is the ace of exemption and nosiness.

“He is the cerebrum behind the impostors that he has been partner with in Ogun State. He has been supporting them contrary to the Rule of Law since his days as legislative head of Ekiti State.

“He shortened the residency of the South West Zonal Exco just as that of Prof. Ridge Oladipo and the late Alhaji Fatai Adeyanju as National Secretary and National Auditor. He ran the gathering like his private issue when he was the main PDP lead representative in the South West.”

The announcement peruses further, “We have been following Mr. Fayose’s desolate dream to be the majestic pioneer of the PDP in the South West regardless of the way that he isn’t the main previous legislative head of the PDP in the zone.

“We don’t have the foggiest idea what he stands to pick up in sabotaging eminent pioneers and older folks of the PDP in the South West, particularly the Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde, who God has decided to be the new pioneer of the PDP in the South West.

“It’s about time that Mr. Fayose woke up from his fantasy and confronted the truth that his time has passed and another pioneer has developed; and we should truly acknowledge Engr. Makinde with no contest as the person who has been blessed by the Almighty God to lead us in the South West PDP right now

“At the point when Mr. Fayose held influence as the Governor of Ekiti State, he never permitted anybody to challenge him. He swindled and suppressed everybody as lead representative in any event, when we had the more experienced and developed Dr. Olusegun Mimiko as legislative leader of Ondo State.”

The gathering spoke to remarkable pioneers and seniors of the PDP like Chief Bode George, Alhaji Shuaibu Oyedokun, Senator Abiodun Olujinmi and Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola, among others, to come together for Makinde to take PDP to more prominent statures.

It asked why Fayose appreciates obliterating others’ inheritances while securing his own.

“Mr. Fayose takes take pleasure in double-crossing his companions due to his childish intrigue. After our dearest head, the late Senator Buruji Kashamu upheld him to develop as the Governor of Ekiti State in 2014, he double-crossed him and almost drove him out of the PDP.

“He neutralized the PDP and Senator Olujinmi’s re-appointment yet God baffled him.

“We would have believed that that would have shown him a thing or two. In any case, no, he proceeds with his unbridled self-importance and enlarged conscience,” the gathering included.

“It asked the Governors and other public pioneers of the PDP “to call Mr. Fayose to arrange before he plunges the PDP in the South West into another round of avoidable emergency on account of his unbridled aspiration and unquenchable strive after force.”
