Rotimi Amaechi turns singer, releases gospel song featuring wife
Rotimi Amaechi, minister of transportation, has put out a gospel song featuring Judith, his wife.
Produced by Obliblo Music, the single was released in commemoration of his 56th birthday.
Titled ‘Blessed People the Lord Has Chosen as His Heritage’, Amaechi and his wife sing about God’s faithfulness in their family on the song.
“Blessed people the Lord has chosen as his heritage. The word of the Lord is faithful and all his works to be trusted. The Lord loves justice and right and his merciful love fills the earth,” they sing.
The music video was shot in what appears to be the minister’s living room. It features a live band and backup singers while Amaechi and his wife can be seen moving their bodies to the rendition of the instrumentalists.
Amaechi tied the knot with Judith in 1993. The union has been blessed with three children — Obinna, Chimkamkpa, and Lemchi.
