IYC President Kidnapped
President of the Ijaw Youth Council Worldwide, Peter Igbifa was earlier today 25th of May 2021, kidnapped in Port Harcourt.
It is gathered that Igbifa was kidnapped along the Airport Road on his way to the Airport where he was expected to fly to Abuja for a meeting with the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme.
His abduction is coming just few days to the expiration of the IYC’s deadline to the President to constitute a board of the Niger Delta Development Commission.
