2023 ELECTIONS : APPEAL COURT REAFFIRMS BENSON, AGBEDI, EBIKAKE, PORRI PDP CANDIDATES

The Court Of Appeal in Port Harcourt has dismissed the suit filed by Senator Moses Cleopas challenging the nomination of Konbowei Friday Benson as candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party for the Bayelsa Central Senatorial elections.

Similarly, the court also dismissed suits against PDP House Of Representatives candidates Fred Agbedi, Marie Ebikake and Ekeremor Constituency One candidate, Tare Porri.
