The people of Okun-Aghoro, along with family and friends, gathered to honor the life and legacy of the late Chief Alex I. Toweize,De Tonkegha of Aghoro II Community, during a heartfelt service of songs at his residence. This significant event marked an essential part of the funeral rites for the esteemed leader, with the Mercy Land Deliverance Ministry leading the service.

Chief Toweize was a prominent figure in the Aghoro II Community, remembered for his unwavering commitment to the betterment of his people. He was the elder brother of Rt. Hon. Fred Agbedi, the Member representing the Sagbama/Ekeremor Federal Constituency in Bayelsa State.

In a touching tribute, Rt. Hon. Fred Agbedi expressed gratitude to God for the success of the service and thanked friends, colleagues, religious institutions, and well-wishers for their solidarity during this difficult time. He particularly acknowledged the royal fathers and colleagues who traveled great distances to support the family.

The service brought together a diverse group of family, friends, and community members who shared cherished memories and celebrated the impactful life of Chief Toweize. As the people mourns his passing, they reflect on the indelible mark he left on those around him.
